I HEART INDIES DAY - Caroline Green

P.S. Yes, there are awesome people who assist readers and browsers alike at MALAPROP'S Bookstore & Cafe.

And my favorite bookseller for I Heart Indies Day is Caroline Green, in charge of everything YA at Malaprop's.

Here's her brief bio at the Malaprop's website. Gotta love it!

"Caroline Green is Malaprop’s children’s book buyer and as such reads lots and lots of young adult lit and picture books. When she does stray from that genre she prefers adult non-fiction, particularly history. She is also the community events coordinator, so if you are a non-author needing a venue for your lecture, talk to her.

"In her non-working moments she sings with the Asheville Choral Society, loves to eat food, drink whiskey, smoke her daily cigarette, laugh embarrassingly loudly, and talk about the meaning of life, the universe, and everything."

Oh, how I love a laugher!!
